I usually don't write reviews but this is an awesome transit wheelchair.I purchased a similar one in 2008 for my parent. Have been looking for a similar one. This style is called a transit wheelchair typically used for transferring passengers to an airline seat. But it can be used for short distance transport inside airports or at home. It is not a replacement for a regular wheelchair.While all wheelchairs are imported from China, the VMS wheelchair is the best value for money. Others on Amazon are selling similar products but the cost is almost double.This wheelchair has great build quality, great price. I use a lot of other VMS products like laminators, paper stock etc. They are top notch and are working hard to maintain quality and service levels. I think it is the same company (based on branding) although I am not sure why they diversified into wheelchairs from office products.The only issue with this wheel chair is it doesn't stand on it's own in the folded condition. But this is a problem with all transit wheelchairs being made in China. The original design from 2008 was self standing when folded. But now all manufacturers have added large handles, unnecessary armrests, footrest, etc. This increases weight while decreasing usability. However, that is not VMS's fault. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. This is a very usable, high quality product.

The rod broke within 2 months. Reached out to VMS and they promptly replaced with new chair

The media could not be loaded. Product Design looks good also arrived in good condition on time also serves its purpose temporarily, However product quality did not meet my expectations for the price, The plastic and steel used in making this toilet chair is very light in weight and looks easily wearable thus reducing the longevity of the product. The nature of this commode chair is to undergo water cleaning on daily basis so when exposed to water the steel gets corroded with rust and there are higher chances the chair legs might break sooner than expected.

I am very much happy with this product. As my father is a dimensia patient. So it is very difficult for us to carry him from the bed to the bathroom. Also the space is very less between the bed and the almirah.But this product has relieved my problems to a great extent. As it's wheels are easily movable and it is light to handle. So it has been of great help to me for my dad.Now I can easily carry him to bathroom. Wash him and bring him out.Thanks 🙏 for making this product.

Product quality is very good , we can't get this much good quality outside like surgical stores .very helpful to my brother
