Was skeptical with some of the negative reviews. I'm very tech savy and it took me a while to get this system setup. There's a video here on Amazon that helped. Once I got the system integrated to my home network, adding the Skill to Alexa was very easy. Amazon Alexa is able to enable and disable the system with a spoken pin number. I like the iphone app. It's very simple, arm, disarm and bypass. It also let's you control sensors. For instance I can turn off the motion detector when my wife is home and just wants the doors protected. The only real problem is the doorbell button. The button fails to contact the internal switch much of the time. I'm going to adapt it to make it work better. This is an excellent product for the money. I'll see how it holds up with use.

Don't bother buying it if you're not planning on only using the remote. The app is crappy as expected. Everytime I try to find using LAN, it says device not found, and I am sitting right in front of the device with my phone. Returning this and probably would stay away from similar Chinese stuff. It's better to go for the usual remote controlled ones that are way cheaper.

The instructions are pretty bad, not once you give up on them and look up instructions online, you'll be done within 10 minutes. The alarm is not very loud and kind of sounds like a toy. Doorbell and motion sensor both work erratically in cold weather. Mobile notifications arrive 5-10 minutes after alarm is tripped.

The wireless system has been a nice addition to our previous installed system. It was super easy to install. I like that it does not need batteries. We just wanted something adorable so we can have sensors on all our doors. We want our house super safe because of our twins. We want to know if they try to leave. like that it can be used through my phone too. at first hard to connect to alexa, but works now. it satisfies our expectations.

You will need a magnifying glass for the instructions, and even then they are poorly insufficient . I had a hard time getting it to connect to my phone, and still havent figured out how to maintain a conection to it via my phone, but at least have the system working, and just operate it with the provided remote.

I hesitated for some time before sitting down to install. I'm not the techie type and I was surprised how easy everything was. Had a little difficulty linking to my phone, assuming it was due to my lack of wifi. My 13 year old stepped in and finished. I wish it had a door chime it would be helpful due I also have smaller children. Overall impressed

This is the worst product for me to set up with help and with out help. So far it is not working and I want to send it back and get my money back.Hate I bought it! The video was to fasts to understand and never would work.
