Wear clothes underneath.
From what I can remember, the mask came in damaged at the mouth and it was too close to Halloween to wait and get a new one or they didn't have anymore in but they refunded me and let me keep it. He definitely needed to wear clothes underneath because it's just velcro things that fit together down the back and thin pants. The mits are hard to manipulate candy and candy buckets with so unless you just want to wind up carrying them, chuck em. He loved playing with the mask after for fun around the house so there's that. It's a fun little costume, but for once or twice save for maybe the mask if it's not damaged.

my daughter liked it
so my daughter is a huge fnaf fan, she is 10 and about 4'9-5'0 she is on the chunky side but i went by the boys chart on measurement since it says boys and it seemed like it would fit just about right but when we got it it would barley button up in the back and was snug and the mask cracked right away but she made it work and she was happy to just get to wear it on Halloween so thats what mattered but the costume could have been better.

Scariest ever
My 8 year old grandson loves these 5 nights at Freddy's toys, there are tons to choose from! But when I surprised him with this costume, his eye were so excited he actually slept with it on that night. I'm trying to get the picture to post.It is well made and the headgear is very durable. I ordered the medium for him at age 8 and it fits like a glove. It really is true to size 8. Best to ensure no smaller children don't get frightened because it's an ugly scary guy, but my guy loves it, so it's fine!

We got a size large for my tall 11yo son and it was much too short and tight. Had to return ☹️
