Nite IZE G-Series SlideLock #4 Dual Chamber Carabiner, Dual Security Carabiner Keychain, Stainless Steel

I have always used a non locking carabiner for my keys so I could attach to my belt loops. But I always had to be careful because carabiners for use with keychains can always not latch on correctly or simply just wear out. Key rings can always pop off and I know people who had this problem and lost car and house keys. The folks at Nite-Ize found a way to avoid this issue. The G design is great to secure keys and keep them within the item where they stay secure. I have the one with added black latch and the regular one without. The one with the locking latch is over designed and once you lock it to your belt loop, it ain’t going to come loose. I had bought the first version without the locking latch. After a few weeks with this problem with the locking latch, I went back to the non latch version. Just personal preference, because this product does a good job, but sometimes I just need to get it off my belt loop faster. The latch adds extra time and effort. But overall a great product that I will use for other sets of important keys that do not leave the house. Buy both versions and try out. Overall a great product and thoughtful design. I like this better than the S style carabiner that Nite-Ize sells because it is more compact and less of a footprint.

Peace of mind that I can easily slid the little piece over and it firmly locks the ability to open that part of the lock. This is a good brand (have different sizes.) Clip works easily, too and it's solid. Feel 100% confident in its ability to retain keys and clip, phew! Good job Nite IZE!

I purchased these to keep track of my keys which had been grouped by using the regular round split ring keyholders. The split rings were a bit difficult from which to add or remove keys. The carabiners I now have are the #4 size. Unfortunately most of the keys have holes too small to fit on this device. I have now used this to hold several split ring keyholders which in turn have the keys attached. So it does help me to keep the keys organized but still requires the split ring key holders.I ordered and will be trying the #3 size to see if the keys can be mounted directly on the carabiner.

I like the size of the #4. Just organized my keys. It appears to be well built. Time will tell how they truly hold up. I wanted the black coated but they were out of stock. I have confidence this will function as expected.

Can’t go wrong with these; put the key on and snap the whole thing onto the edge of a pocket. I’ve never lost keys because of this trick so now I’m giving one to my son who just started driving.

I really like Nite Ize brand products. They are strong and durable and these carabiners are the best for keeping your keys secure.

Very useful item for carrying keys on a belt loop. For me, security is the top feature. I carry $600 dollars worth of key fobs everyday. I'd recommend this item and an air tag + holder.
