If the seat height is set at 17.5", how many inches from the seat to the middle of the head rest? Typically, head rests way too high for short people.

I am 5' 3" and the bottom of the headrest starts at the base of my neck and covers the full back of my head. It adjusts forward and backward which is very handy. When I work I usually pull it way forward so that I look straight forward but can lean back on it which relaxes my neck. When I do a full recline I usually push the headrest back a bit.
