Vibrant Colors!
The best food coloring I have found to be used with melted white chocolate. Does not cause my chocolate to seize up after melting and mixes well without affecting the taste of my desserts! This green is perfect and is easily darkened by adding droplets to any mixture while the large bottle of this coloring definitely was a major value for the money spent.

Great quality
Excellent for buttercream and royal icing. A little will go a long way and makes it last. You can add to gradually build colors and make them darker. No weird taste.
