easy to install just follow the instructions real closely about the steps about putting the unit in a vacuum so you don't release the refrigerant.

Replacement parts not available
The Apoodr stopped working within 6 months. I have not been able to get any responses for delivery of the broken parts.

It's finally working!
The unit was installed by a professional and some how it was not heating. The seller sent me another outdoor unit and I installed it my self. It's now working as it should. Thanks to the seller for responding quickly and replacing that unit. Yes. I would buy from him again.

Stopped cooling
This unit worked well but stopped cooling after the return date expired. So we got stuck with it. Won’t buy from this dealer again.
