How do I open charcoal door vents?

There is a black button on the bottom left of the vent, push the button to adjust the size of the vent for ventilation

Can I use it for an outdoor fireplace ?

I'm not exactly sure, I purchased it as a gift and they are using it for pizza. Not sure what long-term burning would do to it. Maybe ask the seller. They are good at getting back to you.

Can you cook anything else in this oven besides pizza?

Yes, you can roast meat, steaks, fish, bread and vegetable dishes and so much more
