My wife also started using it also. We use a somewhat sharp steak knife to dig it out. Serving portions range anywhere between a grain of rice to the size of a pea. We take a tiny dollop and melt it in tea or coffee. It has the same taste and consistency that I know for years. Comes with the right viscosity, but if you feel that is very hard to work with, it will be enough, by placing it close to your Laptop fan for half an hour and/or other low source of heat to make it softer and obtain the recommended Pea Size, or the dosage that you really want. But do never overheat or use a Microwave you will destroy it! I recommend this product.
