Is smooth and comfortable
Was delivered in just ok condition, the package was torn open on the side. Luckily, there was no much damage to paint.Best option is to use a cycle mechanic to setup.Bicycle is smooth and comfortable, however for long rides, get a seat cushion cover.Quality is superb.

Excellent bike but rear derailleur isn't working properly it's irritating
Rear derailleur isn't working properly otherwise it's a good bike.

Comfort is not for long rides do need a seat cover a good oneWeight is lightEase of assembly is very good 75% assembledThe cycle is overall good but the problem are gears u can't use all the gears in my cycle the 7 from back and 1 from front doesn't work my local shop repair says he will fix it the cycle gears need to be set which companies do not do we have to set them again and is charging me 1000 rupees and I don't wanna spend that much so I am using. The limited gears it is working fine and smoothly for me not so good not so bad cycle but if really want great gears then u should increase the budget and get the cycles with acera and Shimano gears and get them set at local store if necessary then I guess the gear cycle would actually be worth other than that normal gear change normal rides are good as per the budget I bought it for 10k not so bad deal as it come with Shimano tourney gears and really good build sporty frame

Specification not matching with product
Rear Gear are not working properly. Specifications says 7 gears at back side, but it supports only 6 speed.Frontside gear shifting makes loud noise. The rear side gear number shown at handle does not matches with chain loaded on cogs. Like gear number 7 shown at handle will make chain loaded on 5th cog.

The Bicycle is really good. I enjoy riding. There are two things that can be improved.1. I found the same thing Madhu mentioned in his comments. There is no tool provided for adjusting the handle. The manufacturer or supplier should be able to handle this easily.2. The seat is not very comfortable.Other than that, I found it to be really good.
