On time
It came on time. Thank goodness. Needed it for a play. However, the product didn't look brand new. I was a bit disappointed, but after fluffing and pushing and prodding (lol) it came to life. The fact that we had these ears for our cats was good enough for me. Because I searched every party store, toy store and novelty store without any luck. So I overlooked the not so excellent condition.
