My rescue kitty loves it
My rescued kitty, Mojito loved this item. She loves to rub her face in it. It is Saturday and does not slide much. When she attacks it, it may move a bit. It has never fallen over and she really pushes on it. I bought a second one for the other room and one for my daughter's house, so when we come and visit. In the meantime, her kitty is enjoying it.

Super sturdy and works well for big cats
Many of these are so small, mostly for kittens, or so flimsy that kitties will knock it over. This is very sturdy and large enough for bigger cats, it can also be adjusted which is a nice feature.

Cat loves it
Cat was all over the pieces before they were assembled, which is unusual because she ignores most things I buy her. Once assembled she rubbed her face on the arch and paws on the base. She is 9# and no danger of toppling. The only drawback was that the enclosed screws were far too short to even meet much less allow attachment. Fortunately, I found two long fat screws that worked, not a common size. The item is overpriced, but I am incapable of building so bit the bullet.

Nice, but taller cats will knock arch over
My cats love these arches, but we use to super glue the arch to the base because they were too tall (normal sized cats) so if they walked under it or stood up it detached from the base

Agree with other reviews~ Terrible
EDIT: This thing is literally falling apart and they barely look at it. When I adopted my cats, they had already been declawed so this is unraveling due to the cheap glue used to put this together and not my cats clawing at it. You can literally barely pull on the twine and it just falls off the base. It's less than a month old. If this is the "upgraded version" I'd hate to see how poorly the original version was. This isn't well made. It's pretty crudely put together. The mouse string was short and frayed. Trying to tie it on was almost impossible and the bristles kept poking me when trying to tie it. The base seems sturdy though. I did not receive the catnip that is supposed to come with it. I did spray it with catnip spray that I already had and the cats did rub on it and it didn't tip over or even seem like it would. It's a good size for larger cats which I have so we'll see if it lasts.

Good self-grooming item
Cats enjoy rubbing on the brush, laying under the arch, we put catnip on the base so they scratch at it as well.

Not very well made
It took two days for my cat to tear the rope off of the bottom stand. The bristle loop is holding up well though.
