Mostly solid brass construction, good. The backlit, easy-to-read LCD display is excellent. Guage protected by rubber insulator. Pressure relief valve in side, great. The actuator lever has a solid pivot pin. 18" rubber hose with lock-on head. My wife is neither a mechanic nor a tool expert, but she likes this one! I have an old professional inflator, but the sight glass is unreadable now. I won't be having a hard time reading this one! Best $23 I have spent in a while!

Let me tell you I've taught my girlfriend to change and rotate her tires while I change the oil on her Subaru. This gauge matches exactly was what is on the tire pressure gauge on the inside of the car. Makes me thrill she can fill them up and not have to go back and forth seven times to make everything match. I hope it lasts for a while it looks like it's pretty decent material. But we change and rotate tires every 6,000 mi so it will get used. I like the functionability about it it stays on the tire stem without leaking. I just worry about the battery leaking since it gets super hot in the garage and then super cold in the winter time so we may have to circumvent that and take the battery out.

The gauge is complete! Set your air compressor to at least 60 psi. The attachment to the valve stem was leaking badly. Perhaps because the rubber seal in the attachment was cold. I remedy this by adding two drops of silicon lube used for O rings. Then the adapter sealed and gauge worked perfectly. I like the digital accuracy and ease to add air, check reading and deflate to desired pressure. Suggest the OEM add a small packet of silicon lube. I recommend this gauge.

Easy to read screen and works beautifully. Nice tight brass fill head that whose connection seats deeply and gives an excellent seal. Fills quickly and accurately. I checked pressure reading against my other gauges and it was spot on. Easy to handle and operate. Simple push button to turn on and change units.
