I purchased a two-pack just to see if they would protect my ID card. They worked better than expected! I ended up buying a few more to habd out to friends.

Seasoned parents said the lanyard and badge holder that is given to students won't hold up and our teen will have to use his ID card for everything in college. The case is hard plastic and sturdy. The ID card slips in and is secure. I am very happy with this purchase but will update review if he is not happy using it.

These badge holders are very sturdy and can take a lot of abuse without getting scuffed up. The inside has tight spot that keeps your badge in place without easily sliding out and the top has a hole to attach to a lanyard or badge keeper depending on your need. Would recommend!

This item has worked perfectly. The plastic is hard and badges and cards fit perfectly. I don’t have a need to buy more now, but when I do, I will buy these.

So I bought these for a cruise to hold my husband I ship cards (screw the flimsy plastic ones).I love these aside feom the fact that enough removal will give you scratches on the card.The case is a lightweight clear hard plastic, slots can fit a card in both sides, multiple holes for both top placement, and would hurt if you threw it at someone...not saying I did, but it does and can fly up when the wind catches it and blows it around your neck. We had ours on a lanyard instead of a retractable belt holder thing as an fyi.

I feel like it can be more compact for two cards, but the price is reasonable though, so will keep it.
