I can't believe it worked!
This replacement fob actually works & works very well, at least so far!🤞 You will need to get a locksmith to program it to your car & cut the key to fit your ignition, but it still costs less than a dealership replacement would. The fob also looks identical to the original Hyundai one, minus the Hyundai logo on the back. But I couldn't care less about the logo so it didn't bother me at all. I love my new fob!

Perfect if your original fob is worn out
The key faces on my Sonata original fob were worn out from my son's abuse (he presses the keys with his nails). This was perfect replacement, I just transferred the electronic chip and the actual metal key from my old fob to this new one, and it works perfectly.

It works with my 2015 sonata
This key fob is legit. Got a lock smith to rekey and program it to my 2015 sonata for less than $90. Old one the all the buttons fell out.

Replacement Hyundai Sonata remote and key
My 2015 Sonata had the buttons all cracked and then the button covers just fell off all together. The key still worked to manually lock or unlock as well as start the car, but who uses a key to unlock a door nowadays?!? I talked to the local Hyundai dealer and they were going to charge me over $400 for an OEM key as well as the cutting and programming. They told me to just get an aftermarket and have a local locksmith cut and program it. Needless to say, it was waaaaay cheaper to get this and 10 minutes with a local locksmith and I was on my merry way.The materials on the key are very good, they feel sturdy, the buttons work well and aren't falling off yet! As this is aftermarket, it doesn't have the Hyundai logo on the backside, just a blank oval. If you need that, then pay the exorbitant amount to your local dealer. This is the best, fastest, and cheapest way to get a spare key, to get a replacement key, or whatever you need. I really am very happy with how this works and turned out. And saved me a ton of money as well!

Fob
Was for the most part kinda easy to replace but it didn’t last long .. it’s already ripped… maybe a few months.. Original lasted years.. I thought the dealer was expensive because of 0”programming?? Guess I’ll never know .. still won’t pay 300.00+ at dealership

Works great but not easy install
I purchased this to replace my fob that had missing buttons. The directions appeared simple but I had to redo the final steps a few times inorder to get key seated properly. After swapping out the programmed parts and getting it closed up, it works like a brand new unit.

This key fob did work...
This key fob did work. My dad's 2015 Hyundai Sonata key fob worked except the button were damaged so you had to press it really hard for car to lock and unlock car. So I went and swap out internal parts but couldn't get the spring to work normal like press the key release out button did not work. You had to help it out by pressing in the back end of the key down to lift key up into key.
