These are great for Keto low carbohydrate diet
So here's the deal with these crackers. each small cracker has six carbs but also has 4 g of fiber so just 2 g net carbs. If you crumble four of them into a bowl and add some sugar-free almond or coconut milk and a few berries, you end up with a crunchy delicious cereal substitute that gives you 16 g of fiber and only 8 g plus the fruit of carbs. I also use them as a quick snack with a little bit of almond butter on top of them. Because they are mostly bran alone they taste like cardboard, but that's to be expected given their composition. I paid about $60 for 30 packages,, but the price varies at different times. Sadly, since WASA discontinued their rye crackers which were also quite low-carb and much tastier,, this is one of the few games in town for low-carb crackers. They are also pretty good with cheese.

Perfect Fiber Food
I've been using this product for more than 10 years and love it. It helps to keep me regular and I can top it in anything I want. Now as an elderly person, I prop it in either green tea or a glass of juice and that softens it so I can chew it easier as I have root canals and caps on my teeth I didn't have in the past.

High fiber crisp is what it is
I bought these crisps because I wanted to lose weight. I have used them before and they really do curb my appetite. That said, I have never been able to eat them plain. A tablespoon of natural peanut butter or tuna fish really helps. I also break them up to add to a bowl of soup. They do keep me regular and are a great low calorie (20 calories each) snack in the afternoon when I start to get hungry before dinner. 12 crackers in a pack, 30 packs/case

The Cure for Constipation!
Before May 22nd, the only way I could expel my bowels was with a Ducolax. Then my shipment arrived, I ate half a pack and a strange thing happened the next afternoon: a healthy bowel movement!!! Thirty-seven days later, the same miracle happens every afternoon without fail!To the chronically constipated seeking help, the trick is to eat at last half a pack and take a drink of water after each bite of crisp. You will have a "tremor" about an hour later sending you to the toilet and then the next day the official BM will come about. As for the appetite suppression claims, I am at no liberty to speculate on its veracity since I never had an appetite beforehand.EDIT: March 5th Update: So far, oxy contin proved its Kryponite and ended by regular bowel movement streak.

Healthy and Low Calorie
A bit like cardboard, but I keep buying them. Put something tasty on them and a healthy snack. Try it with peanut butter.

Love this product - but a bit upset with the packaging
I ordered the 30 count pack because I LOVE these crackers, but I unpacked them today and the last row are all crumbled, not much I can do with over 10 packs of crumbled crackers!
