Suction cup doesn’t hold

I would leave a "0" star if I could. I unpacked, reviewed and installed. I installed my phone and noticed it was loose, sloppy. After further inspection I saw that the arm connection to the suction cup was coming out. I analyzed the parts and could see it was "cheap" plastic holding the brass knurled fitting in place. I'm a Machinist so I knew I could fix it. I cannot recommend this product. Especially if someone is going to use it to record outside a vehicle. You'll loose your phone, equipment!!!

Had for about 3 months installed. Was very study and solid. I thought I'd never buy another and it drop of windshield with nothing attached. Placed back but drop again 2 days later with nothing attached. Don't know what to do to keep it on the windshield

Positives: the suction cup design works well on the glass (windshield) of my car. That’s about it.This does not hold still. I tightened it to the max and even then under the slightest of Gs the mount arms will tilt. Would not recommend.

I love that it’s easy to build. I also love that it helps with making videos.

The media could not be loaded.  Good heavy quality for the price very impressed

But now it doesn't. It was good for about a month before I ended up tossing it to my backseat. Tried it again just now and the suction cup won't even stick. The threads that are supposed to help the arms stay put, end up getting stripped since they're made from cheap aluminum. Save your money and get something that will last.
