Base layer is suberb quality and fit - also its designed for use by taller people too ( unlike most others that barely cover my belly button - this one is long enough and will reach to the hips/groin area, and I am 6'5" )Can't recommend it enough

Both Gore and P.I. seem to have trouble finding the right materials for their base layers. This Gore model fits very similar to that of the P.I. "Transfer" model in that taking them on and off requires some major contortionist moves and then they constrain your breathing once on. I'd consider trying these in the next size up but the sleeves were already too loose. My recommendation is that you only consider this shirt if you are both very skinny and with big biceps...and then size up.
