I love how this ice pack can be used in so many applications. It’s large enough to cover my back and if I want to concentrate on a smaller area of pain I can easily fold the pack and have the ice pack work on smaller areas of my body. I love that this pack is relatively thin allowing it to be placed on your back and still be able to comfortably sit on a chair while getting pain relief. The gel itself has stayed cold for me for over two hours and the ice pack gets re frozen in less than 2.5 hours! I had to reach out to the company as I had a question about the ice pack and the service that I received was in incredible! It’s awesome to see a company like this care about their product even after the sale. The color is black and the fabric used can be washed off with a sponge easily. The ice pack itself when not using takes such little space in the freezer that it’s ready to go when needed. I love this Ice pack and I’m sure you will as well!

Very effective Ice treatment for the legs/knees

I've only had the ice pack for three days. I've used it every day and am very pleased with it so far. The promised delivery date was five days late, but that wasn't a problem for me. It stays cold longer than other ice bags I've had, and the bag itself is made of strong material and looks like it will last well.

I recived it 5/25/19. Opened it and put it inside the freezer. Tonight when I put it on it was easy to place it in the holder and wrap it around my leg. Unfortunately it was not as cold as I thought it should have been. But i am going to freeze it longer and see what happens tomorrow. But the holder works well, I wish the strap was adjustable and a little less cheaply made maybe with a cushion or padding. I had hip replacement surgery so ice is really important in the healing process. I do recommend this product and hope that they make the small improvements so it can help better. I have another surgery for my other hip soon I hope they are able to make make changes by then or maybe they can do it by the time another person in need can use it.

A physical therapist friend recommended these. Now we keep two in the freezer and use them almost every day! I highly recommend them. They are heavy and cover a large area. And they stay cold.

Just freeze and use on back or problem area. They stay cool for about thirty minutes. They are a great quality. I have used these for over three years.

I like the ice pack very much but small tiny pieces on the Velcro end can get lodged in your skin of your fingers and nearly impossible to see or remove. I end up cutting those off completely from the Velcro down and just keeping the plane, part of the strap and time the two together.

Bought this to help my mother in law after hip surgery. It worked great held the coolness a long time.
