This is an absolutely ordinary book. There was no provision to return the book & get refund. I have wasted my money. Not worth the price at all.

UPDATED: January 25, 2023. After a thorough reading of the "signature" recipes mentioned in the book via various online reviews, I am in agreement with others such that the recipes are nothing spectacular or complex. As Queen (Maharani) of the House of Gondal in Gujarat, India, she could instruct her royal khansamas to cook and those would be extraordinary and complex. The recipes contained in the book are from her personal cooking repertoire, if that make sense. In a way—they are "royal" or shahi recipes of a Maharani; however, they lack "royal finesse and complexity" of a true royal cuisine. Does this make sense?I have returned the book for full refund, as the book wasn't work the 25 USD. If you're looking for true "royal or shahi" recipes.
