women deserve non toxic, all cotton, organic, chemical and applicator free
For years, since my daughters needed proper tools to address femaleness, I had been enjoying supplying them with the necessary products from a company called Lola. It was great for years but suddenly the company changed the options by which I could select as well as their shipping intervals and surprised me with options that I did not select nor did I desire. I then stopped providing tampons to my adult by now daughters, leaving them in the lurch - of course they could source their own supplies but I always liked this small monthly nod that I made to their womanhood. Even after they were grown and moved out they'd appreciate restocking their supply when they'd visit. When each started their cycle as adolescents we made a trip to the local (discount) department store to treat them to a bottle of designer fragrance of their choosing. It was a nice little celebration of their womanhood that we all still reminisce about. I recently tried to return to Lola with no success but with a bit of research and I discovered CORA!! The products seem excellent so far so good...I hear. And CORA is a woman-founded business with great policies of giving back to those in need....and good for Amazon's subscribe and save option... Thank you CORA! BuhBYe Lola

Easy insertion, convenient
Very convenient and easy insertion — it hurts less than using a plastic insertion because the diameter is smaller. I like that it doesn't create plastic waste.

Similar to Other Organic Brands
I've been using non-applicator tampons for 15 years, but if that's new to you, the benefits are: small and compact, fits in your pocket, easy to travel with (since it takes up less space in your bag), less waste (tiny bit of plastic wrapping and no applicator), and better for the environment. These are organic, which means they're also safer for your body as well as the environment. I can't personally attest to that, but I trust the company. I had used another organic brand but wanted to see if I could save a few bucks by switching. These were just a little less than another brand, with basically the same quality. They're packaged nicely, and it looks like there's a subscription service, which I plan to sign up for. (It's awesome never having to remember to buy tampons! They just show up at your door!) I do wish they had a single pack with mixed sizes, but until they do, I'll just buy one package of each.

Work Well Without the Worry
I have always hated tampons, but my flow is so heavy that pads leak extremely quickly. I also prefer to use cloth pads and have noticed a difference in how my period feels without the chemicals of commercially-produced feminine products. So, in recent years I've used sea sponges, which I preferred to chemically-saturated tampons, but they came with the inconvenience of having to be rinsed out, which was awkward in public restrooms, leaving me not wanting to go out during my period. Enter organic tampons! These don't have the chemicals I've been trying to avoid, but the convenience of disposability. Also, without an applicator they are amazingly small and discreet. I love them!

Better than my previous ones
I do not like applicator tampons, I don’t know why. So I don’t have many options, basically OB brand. I like them but their regulars are too thin and I have to change every hour or less and sometimes leak like crazy, but then one level up is too fat, like wide. In contrast, the regulars for Cora are better - they last longer and provide better hold. Their supers are not as fat or uncomfortable. They are a little dry and rough for application and removal sometimes though. They are pretty hard material. They are still my current favorite right now for the above benefits

Love them!!
I don’t understand the negative reviews, and how some say they experienced major leakage. These expand in a 360 to fit perfectly. I would compare these to the applicator free O.B. Tampons if you have ever used those, I would say these are very similar. Also how cool is it that these are biodegradable, AND they donate sanitary products to women in need?! I was motivated to switch to biodegradable, applicator free tampons after seeing how much plastic and waste was acquired during each monthly cycle. This may seem like a small change, but think of how much waste you contribute to the planet every year just with tampons alone!! Definitely will continue to use these! The price, quality and message behind the brand is simply amazing.
