It's exactly what I wanted in exactly the size specified. I did, however, not notice that it has no lid. I ordered the lid that goes with it and the lid has quite a rise to it, but it does snap on very securely and is high quality glossy plastic something, just like the container. It barely fit where I had measured the opening assuming the lid was included. So, just so you know, order a lid and pay attn to the height if you have a finite amount of head room for it. I figured out to use the lid flipped the other way, it doesn't snap on that way, but it fits tight enough for the product I'm storing.

I’m using these for freezer organizing and they are holding up very well, so far.

I like this for brining meats like pastrami and canadian bacon. I wish a lid came with it and the cost is a bit much but it's nice.

The container was okay but I thought I came to the wood and then I called the company to ask about the lid two days in a row nobody ever followed up

I purchased larger sizes about 3 years ago and use them along with these smaller ones to help organize my home freezer. They are very durable. I like the lip on the top edge which makes it easy to lift them out of my chest freezer. I will likely purchase more in the future. I originally bought the lids for them but found that for my purpose they are not necessary.

Please note, the measurements are for the exterior, from the handles, not the usable space. The usable space is 9 by 15 inches. If I had known that, I would have bought something bigger. However, it is very sturdy and I will use it for something else.
