Very very very the longest time for return and refund
Not accept Chrysler 2020. Can not erase error codes. And seller delays the return of money.It works perfectly with my Sprinter 2020 and I would like to buy simple scanner from this seller, but i'm not sure if want to now...Update. I recived refund

Constantly shuts off and on
The media could not be loaded. I just keeps power cycling after you hit any button. I have had this for a little over a year and used it 2-3x times. I am not sure what is wrong?

Does not work w/ ABC suspension
Needed something compatible w/ MB, but doesn’t work with w220 s class with ABC suspension.

Aftersale IS AWFULL !
Good stuff but doens't recognize my Citroën Berlingo and my Peugeot 3008..After sale "service" isn't helpful at all.Go to another brand.USB C would be more relevant also...

erase failed!!!
The scanner does not have the capability to get past the vehicles security gate it does not have the proper verifications needed to clear or do any by directional actions.

Would not connect to my 2021 MB AMG / VW support was only metric
Did not auto detect my 2021 Mercedes GLC 43 AMG. Manual pick did not connect. Oil change menu on VW Tiguan was wrong for America. Did all updates. Returned item
