Does this have the gm 3/8 and 1/2 transmission line dies included? It is supposed to in this kit but the picture doesn’t them. not said in description

This kit is 72475, which does not include the Jiffy-tite transmission line dies. The kit that includes them is 72485.

will it do 316 stanless steel tubing

You can call Mastercool at 973-2529119. You can get an RGA to send the unit back in for repair or order hydraulic repair kit.

Do you have to chamfer the edges before flaring?

A slight chamfer is best to get a clean flare, but not too much, you don't want to take away too much material. You just want the edge free of burrs. Use a 32 teeth per inch hack saw blade if you are not using a pipe cutter. The better the prep, the better the flare.
