These vests are of good quality but I returned two for the following reasons:1. One is on the cusp for size, so the vest that claims it fits a dog with a 19-inch girth does not fit a dog with a 19-inch girth; it's huge and the dog walks out of the vest when it's on its tightest spot. They tell you to measure your dog (good idea) but they never measured their vests on different dog sizes.2. The only place to put the velcro strap is on the same velcro spot where the "adopt me" sign is supposed to go so you cannot use the signs. Why make them? For me, this defies the reason for the vest.3. One of the vests came with a stain, just like others are saying.
