INSIGNIA 42" Class F20 Series Smart Full HD Fire TV, Voice Remote with Alexa, Free & Live TV

I just bought this 42 in insignia Fire TV and it hooks up through Wi-Fi and is so easy to assemble it has great functionality the quality seems to be great the app available is wonderful since I really don't need all that many do Amazon Prime and Amazon Vine and Amazon Music along with YouTube and peacock and Paramount plus that is really the only channels that I use. I can mirror my phone to my TV I have several devices hooked up through Bluetooth it has a lot of options that you can select from. I don't really have any lag. The size is 42 in. And it's great entertainment value because I am just watching on a bigger screen but I normally would watch on my laptop. That was the whole reason that I bought the TV to begin with.

I've had this TV for almost a year and I have no complaints! Easy to use right out of the box, I don't even use cable I just use streaming services. Make sure your Internet is fast and you are good to go. My TV is pretty far away from the router and I rarely have issues with lagging. I would say that the screen is pretty bright. Great value for the money. Many apps and high definition for not being 4K. Make sure you have room wherever you put it because the legs are on each end of the TV and not in the middle.

The picture for the price is very good, and delivery was ahead of the expected delivery date. This made our MIL really happy as her tv went out, and you know how that generation hates to miss Matlock or BlueBloods. Super easy to setup and the Hdmi ARC was a bonus. This was a huge upgrade over what she had and the picture was very clear. She was able to use the remove and voice commands which took a minute for her to learn, but easy enough. The size was also an upgrade to what she had and fit into almost the same space. It interated easy enough with her Spectrum Cable Tv box

Great little TV for the price. Good picture and sound. Easy set-up. Got it as a bedroom TV and looks like a very good choice. Supports all the usual streamers. Also supports Amazon photos so can run that as a continual screen saver. Only had it a couple days but very pleased for the price.

I bought this to replace an ancient 32" Vizio TV for my guest room. My initial reaction upon unboxing:• OMG - there's no way this is a 32" screen• OMG - the remote doesn't have numbers - must not have a built-in broadcast TV tuner• OMG - the sound quality is going to suck because it's so very thinWrong in all cases:• There's barely any bezel and the screen is a true 32"• There is a broadcast TV tuner you can easily program for the stations you want to receive• The sound is good. I mean, it's no BOSE soundbar quality but it's fine for casual viewingI'm not crazy about not having numbers on the remote but the built-in Fire Stick is great (not having to have two remotes). Quality of the 1080 screen is wonderful. Love it.

I love this tv. It has more features and options than I ever imagined, apps you get on a smartphone can be added to the tv, picture and sound system the best I have ever seen in a tv, doesn’t stick or freeze, very durable and can fit anywhere due to its size, very easy to setup and mount on the wall and the price was amazingly affordable. I was surprised when I saw everything the tv had to offer at that price. I definitely recommend getting one it amazing

OK. You have to remember that you get what you pay for. With that in mind, this is a GREAT TV! I was disappointed for awhile because I looked at some of the reviews, and thought there was no way to set the TV so that it remembered the last input - but that wasn't true! What do I mean? Well, if you used it as I did, as a computer monitor, you would want it to remember that the input was ALWAYS going to be HDMI1. And guess what? You can do this! I found out that the "gear" button on the remote control was NOT the same as the gear icon on the home screen. Yes, believe it or not, that's true. Crazy, but true! So, what you need to do is select the gear icon on the "home" screen, using the OK button on the remote control, and you get a huge menu of functions. And one of them allows the TV to remember the "last input" used. That's what you want! The "gear" icon on the remote only lets you access the "quick settings" menu, which is a small subset of the other, much larger settings menu. Second, I was sad to see that nothing in the manual teaches you how to use the physical button underneath the TV. That is basically the ON/OFF button. However, if you want, you can use it to select menu items. The way you do that is to press it briefly to go into the quick setting menu, and then press it again to select the item you want. Once you have that selected, you leave the button alone! In a few seconds, that will result in selecting the item you highlighted with the button. Whew! I wish I had known these things before having to email and call Best Buy to find out! Anyway, other than these issues, I have had no problems. I would not suggest using these as your primary computer monitor, as I do, because the resolution isn't great. But if you don't have much money, they work. I use a pair of them every day. I mean, c'mon, I got two 32" monitors for $180??? What a deal! Plus, these work great as TVs, and to play movies. What more can you want?!!
