I am very happy with these. I had prior bunion surgery and afterwards, my big toe moved to rubbing constantly on the second toe. With this insert, I can walk several miles without getting blisters which was not possible before. I had previously tried silicone blister bandages to wrap the second toe before walks but it didn't help much. These inserts are perfect for me. I got the size small. I am female with size 8 shoe, weight 112 and it is very comfortable. I don't think they would stay in place without wearing a sock over my foot with the insert in place. It is soft enough that I can wear normal width shoes including loafers. My running shoes are wider in the toe box and the insert stays in place inside my sock. The height seemed fine on the size small separator.

Previously was using the small size and it worked great, width and length. Length sits just below the bone spur so all was good. Then due to more time on my feet I needed to go to the larger size. I expected the width to be larger and the length to stay the same. Width was larger and is good. Unfortunately the length also extended and that is NOT good because now the pad rubs on my bone spur. I was able to cut the length down to make it work. Taking one star off for having to cut the length.

I use these regularly, I have a bunion and they help with keeping the big toe from rubbing the next one. They seem to be good quality; I can use them for almost a year when using 1 a day but not the same one. The pack comes in 10 and I use 5 at a time, mainly for work. I wash them in warm soapy water and reuse. They have a thick middle with one side thin and one side thicker. I wear them with the thick side on the bottom to help cushion. They are easy to use, and I don't have any problems with socks. I really like the design; they stay in place. They fit good and don't stretch out or lose their shape. They really do last a long time so It's a great value for what you get.

After trying several types of toe spacers, this one stands out for its minimal and comfortable design. Most spacers that include rings around the toes feel restrictive and uncomfortable for extended wear, but this one avoids that completely. It's simple enough to wear all day without irritation. The only thing I’d change is the ridge on the flanged design—it could be just a tiny bit wider to help it stay in place more securely. Still, it's one of the best I've tried so far for everyday comfort.

My feet are showing their age and by the end of the day they are tired and sore. I have bunions and hammer toes to add to the agony. These spacers easily slide into place between my toes to open up the space and relax stressed muscles. They are easy to insert between each toe. Made of soft silicone with no hard, irritating edges. I wear them for a few hours before bedtime and the relief is amazing. I have tried wearing them to bed, but I am too restless in my sleep and manage to push them out. I do wear one daily next to my large toe with the bunion. My toe is moving in and this is helping keep the toe in proper position. With a sock, I don't even notice I have it on. They are sanitary and easy to clean. I just hand wash with dish soap and warm water, then air dry. Do pay attention to the sizing, This was my first set was for the bunion, so I purchased large. They are too large to be comfortable between smaller toes. I bought a second set in the smaller size and now all my toes are happy! I am very pleased with these spacers. I don't think I can go a day without them.

The best thing is, they stay in place! Comfortable to wear all day AND all night. I wash it once a day, and it stays in place. I have wore one of these continually for 7 months now, and as long as your shoes are not too tight they work fine in shoes. You get plenty of them in a pack.

These toe spacers were the larger ones that I was looking for and they are soft and comfortable to wear.

This product works really well for my toe issues where big toe and second toe need separating. I don’t like bands around my toes so this band-less, soft silicone separator is much more comfortable for me. I mainly use them for exercise walks, hiking and around the house. Ideally for use with shoes. Harder to keep in place walking around bare foot.
