We were very impressed when we first received this product as it was effective. It kept the water hot for long(up to 7hrs!) and it is nice to look at. However, six months on it doesn’t even keep the water hot for more than 3 hours, which is disappointing to say the least as we don’t want to be buying a new thermos every six months - it’s simply not sustainable and rather expensive.

Had this vacuum flask a few months. Used every day and the seal went. Well assuming it was the seal as there was no suction on the push button, no pop when there's hot liquid inside. I did wonder why they supplied spares. Changed the silicone rings supplied. Popped once, thought it had resolved problem....nope. you may have more luck but I wouldn't recommend the product

Needed a thermos jug as trying to reduce number of times kettle is boiled. This seems to work fine but I would hesitate to put anything other than water in as the inner lip prevents full drainage - in fact there is a fair amount left behind and this has to be dried out with a cloth. The cleaning sponge is of great help with this.

Worth purchasing if required for short periods
