Worth the Money.
I rarely come back and leave reviews because it either works or I return it but wanted others to know these work well. I was cautiously optimistic because the price was lower than many others but these were clear, lasted 2 matches (maybe more), and were comfortable to wear. I wish it came with a storage case but those are available to buy seperately. Great starter set.

Easy pairing and quility of sound
Good Item, very easy pairing with english instructions. Only I did not find where to turn the divices off. It’s just by pressing the phone button and the FM buttom at the same time.Sound quality is also really good.

Exceeded my expectations. Makes refereeing so much easier and more enjoyable. Had minor issue that customer service took care of right away. Extremely satisfied, highly recommend.

(VERY) Good product…!!
I had a similar set that stopped working and decided to try these, with less buttons btw…I am very happy, they pair well, great volume and have memory to pair again. Buy with confidence ! and although the instructions don’t mention how to turn them off, just press the fm and motorcycle buttons simultaneously and that’s itUPDATE #1After using them for some days I must say this is FAR BETTER than the MaxQuall set I had before. They pair extremely well and easily, the volume is higher and the earplug is quite OK, fits tight and does not let the air noise get in. I WOULD BUY AGAIN, in a heartbeat... VERY GOOD PRODUCT !!!!

Great for horseback riding
These make talking while horseback riding a breeze and enjoyable. No more need to shout to have a conversation when you can't be side by side (which is often). The distance isn't close to the advertised range, but still good enough when riding together. We bought a three in port USB charger so all the units can be charged at once. We had to also purchase a right earpiece since a friend's left ear is near deaf. My wife also used while working with a horse trainer which worked out very well. We were excited to find this communication solution. Walkie talkies don't allow fluid conversations like these devices...and we didn't need the distance. Enjoy

Excellent Customer Support
The V4 Plus comm systems worked great after initially setup. I had an issue with one of the headsets within the first couple weeks. I contacted GaiRen customer support and they were extremely efficient at resolving the issue with a replacement. So far, very happy with the comms!

Good Foundation but Improvements are needed
I want to be fair to the people who sell this. It comes from China and the instructions from Chinese to English is a little unclear. I have tried successfully to Pair my units. I hope the following helps someone.Paring the EJEAS v4 Pluss 3way Devices. To turn ON Device press the Green Call button. To turn OFF the Device press the FM & Green Call buttons simultaneouslyTo Factory Reset Device – Press the Volume + & Volume – & Green Call button simultaneously. Must wait 5 seconds and look for 3 Red blinks from the Red Light. To pair Devices. Before pairing – Ensure that you number devices 1, 2, & 3. Not numbering devices will cause issues.Turn on Devices by pressing the Green Call button. A Blue light will begin flashing.First Pari Device 1 & Device 2.Press and hold for 5 seconds the A Button on Device 1 + Press and hold for 5 Seconds the B Button on Device 2. (Devices will announce that they are pairing)Device 1 & Device 2 should now be paired and you will be able to hear the confirmation. Then Pair Device 2 and Device 3.Press and hold for 5 seconds the A Button on Device 2 + Press and hold for 5 Seconds the B Button on Device 3. (Devices will announce that they are pairing)At that time, Device 1 will notify with an audible announcement that it is disconnected, do not be alarmed, this is expected and normal.Device 2 & Device 3 should now be paired and you will be able to hear the confirmation.Pair Device 1 with Device 2 & Device 3.Press just once, the A button on Device 1. DO NOT PRESS for 5 seconds, only press once. All three Devices should now be paired and you should be able to communicate with each other.I hope this helps someone – when this works, it works well. Pairing is the issue. Having these does make the life of a referee much easier.
