MGN12H Mini Linear Rail Guide, 250/300/ 400/500/ 550mm Linear Sliding Gide with MGN12H Carriage Block for DIY Printer and CNC Machine (300mm)

I bought 2 of these 30cm long few days apart . One came with just 2 end stops ,the other with 4 (not sure why would you need 4 stoppers ) both had spaces in between ball as it should ( one review stated had missing balls , but clearly he doesn't understand mechanics) . Both are firm and one already been fitted and all good without any play

I bought two of these rails. Both were refunded because of the extremely poor quality.Balls were missing, the holes were misaligned and they weren't machined properly. Even when I managed to fix all of this, spending hours of my life on it, they were wobbly and loose. They didn't even have a grease nipple even though the plastic parts under the outer cover were made for it.I wouldn't use these rails if I had any choice in the matter.If you have them hanging on the side, like for an X axis rail or side mounted Y axis rails, you can make them work. But I used one for my Y axis for a while and my bed was so wobbly I had constant issues with it.I would go for an established brand, I'm not gonna name drop any here but there are plenty. They cost a little bit more but these rails are NOT worth it.

The rails are fine but as there where no stops on the end of the rails the carriages spilled most of their ball bearings over the packaging.

Several small steel balls fell out of the bag upon opening it. The bearing assembly is missing several bearings in itself, and it does not ride smoothly all the way. But otherwise it feels alright.

Works great on my Ender 3 v2, a little shorter but over all works great love it.

Mycket metallrester från kapning i spåren. Kulorna kärvar. Kräver tvätt, rengöring och smörjning för att kunna användas. Efter åtgärder fungerar den som som den skall.
