I recently bought this item and encountered an issue using my current shower head. I had posted some not favorable comments about the product. However I was very impressed with the resolution. Within an hour of posting I was surprising impressed that the owner of the company contact me to find a resolution to the problem that was more than favorable.Not everyday would you receive first class 5, stars ratings from a company as SmarterFresh with customer support. I would highly recommend this product to everyone, because buying this high quality product also stands the personal commitment of the owner that you are satisfied with the product which does not happen nowadays buying stuff online.The SmarterFresh comes professionally packaged in a foam box, with detailed mounting instructions. They have even gone as far as even including plumbers tape for the pipe threads. Installation is a snap and very easy to perform with someone with no mechanical aptitude.What stands apart from other products is the attractive nickel plating of the entire unit. It is very easy to switch from shower to the Bidet , or both, or isolate each other for use. I have low pressure at my shower pipe, but the SmartFresh still produce a strong and powerful stream. I had use previous units that would leak at the while switching. This was very easy to switch between shower head and Bidet and no leaks which was very important.The Bidet has its own mounting cradle that is secure and rotates for easy access. This is a professionally made unit that will last a long time to come, and an attractive addition to any bathroom.

I was very excited about this new product, as I have searched, for years, for a good hand-held bidet sprayer. This one is perfect EXCEPT that it has a MAJOR flaw - it LEAKS and water runs down the coil from the leaky connection! I followed connection directions - leaked. Made sure that each part was tightened - leaked. Made sure that each connection had plumbers tape around the parts that have attachments screwed on, even the part where a washer is; and still it leaks! I really don't know how this can be resolved since each part is connected correctly. It will have to be returned. Very disappointed.

If you have any tall people living a home be aware that this will drop the shower head about 5 inches. It was fine for me because I am only five feet tall but my brothers are 6 feet tall and this caused many fights until I ordered a second attachment to lift it higher.

Picture is misleading, need to order faucet separate. Was searching for something to was the pets. I will have to look a bit closer to see if its what I expected. Quality seems fine.

Waste of money, water leaks everywhere, professional plumber tried to install still leaks. Don't waste your money on this product.

Perfect in-shower spray for bathing babies. The pressure is a little strong for babies but turning the water on less and pressing the lever lightly works. Good quality. Easy to install.
