This towel warmer works great! It heats up fast, holds a lot of towels, and the stainless steel racks let me do wet and dry towels at the same time. The LED light is a nice touch too. My only complaint is the packaging—the cellophane wrapping was stuck in between parts of the warmer and was a pain to remove. Other than that, it’s sturdy and does exactly what I need.

The product heat well, easy instructions and have health sticker attached to remind me that I need to clean regularly like every week and check the water storage every 3-5 day or so depends on how many towels I putting there. I like the product! Recommended to others.

I’m hopeful that this towel warmer doesn’t get too hot…I’ll be back to update. Plugged in for 30 minutes and the exterior top is quite warm. But I’m giving it fewer starts because of the weight, it’s very light. So empty, when you open the door the cabinet slides around. And the protective film was impossible to remove completely, many of the seams still have frayed plastic. And the front sticker on the front was ridiculous. I soaked it off with windex, and then alternated windex and almond oil (oil breaks down adhesives) until it was gone. In a dark room the finish looks fine, in bright light, not so much. If the cabinet keeps a constant temperature, I’ll keep it. But it was a lot of work to get it to look ok. Probably took 30 minutes and 1/2 roll of paper towel. Plus the stickers on the back with the model number and appliance information…was on top of the protective film?!? So that’s garbage. Those stickers were probably meant to be on the appliance

We have used this in a massage room for our office for over a year and it has done so well for us. It keeps the towels at a perfect temperature for several hours. It has a "soft close" magnet-like feature, that makes a noise that can be avoided by closing it manually. Spacious and easy to turn off and on.

This thing heats up faster than my last one. Love that it has two shelves. I assume the UV light is for disinfecting so that's a great feature. My only qualm is that it gives off that factory chemical burning smell still although it is still fairly new, hoping that subsides over time or with a good vinegar wipe down
