Exceptional tires, the increased traction is incredible and they'll outlive me.
Exceptional tires for my 2012 GT6000. Like most lawns in western WA moss is endemic to my lawn which makes it really slippery on the decent slope of my 1/2 acre back yard and I've always had problems with my liquid-filled OEM Turf Savers sliding me down the slope and tearing long bare strips down my lawn or spinning my tires trying to get up the slope. With these mounted and filled with 6 gallons each of "bio fill" liquid ballast (an additional 65lbs per tire) I stick to the lawn like glue.I even did a few tests; I went out to mow after a rain, I started down the steepest part and then braked hard. I simply stopped with no sliding or lawn damage - before if I'd done that it'd have been on a toboggan ride down the hill with very little control leaving bare torn up strips behind me.Then I did another test by driving up the same steep slope and stopping half way, then I accelerated as hard as I could - all that happened is that I started moving again with a whiplash jerk and proceeded up the wet mossy slope, again with no slipping or lawn damage. My final test was going over to a pile of dirt, lowering the loader bucket and pushing into the 4 foot high pile. Before when I'd fill the bucket the tractor would jerk to a halt and the tires would start slipping - with a full load I'd commonly get stuck and have to dump some of the load just so the tires would bite enough that I could back up. Now when I pushed into the dirt pile I just kept on going and pushed halfway through the pile before the tires started to slip and dig.The cool thing is that the tires would start to slip, they'd dig a bit then bite again and push me forward a bit more then have to dig a bit for more traction and go forward a little more. The only reason I stopped pushing through is that I started worrying about overstressing the loader, otherwise I think I could have plowed all the way through the dirt pile.Astonishing, even though the weight is about the same, the increased traction is incredible. I can mow my lawn like it's a flat and level yard and move dirt/gravel around with ease. And the tires did absolutely no damage to the lawn, they didn't even leave an impression in the grass. Even though they're spendy they're worth every penny and more.

Best Garden Tractor Ag Tire!
If you're into Garden Tractors, you know that tire selection is key. I purchased these for my '95 Craftsman GT6000. I searched all over the internet for 5 days to find the "perfect" tire, and was hesitant to spend the money on these. However, if you do your research, you'll find that most cheaper brand Ag tires like Deestone and Hi-Run aren't true 23x10.50-12 in size, but actually smaller and narrower than the factory turfs. These seem to be very well made and are TRUE TO SIZE. I took the stock 30 year old turf tires off to install these, and have no question in my mind that these will last a long time as well. These may cost a bit more than others on Amazon, but you get what you pay for. These are worth the little extra cost. Buy a good tire once and be done with it, vs buying multiple sets of cheap ones. My only complaint is they have a lot of "flashing" from the molding process in the center of the tire, but that'll wear off and causes no performance issues. If you've been racking your brain trying to find that PERFECT tire for your Garden Tractor for a reasonable cost, this is your sign to stop looking. Order these. You won't be disappointed!

great traction, very durable
I bought the 4 ply version for durability, I really only needed the 2 ply. These work great even without ANY air pressure because they are far too heavy duty for my little 20 H.P. Craftsman garden tractor. They leave small bar grooves in soft soil and offer far better traction than the factory installed turf tires in all situations I have encountered. Tire chains fit tighter on these than the factory turf tires but snow traction is far better with these chained up than the factory turf tires with chains while using a snowblower. I have had no issue with them disturbing my lawn because they do not lose traction and spin on wet grass like the turf tires did. I prefer these on the lawn over the turf tires.

Good traction
I had been running tires chains year round to get enough traction while mowing our hilly yard. Tires became too old and cracked, and it was time to replace them. I ordered these and had them mounted on the rims at a local tire shop. GREAT TRACTION, no tire chains! The only advice would be to ensure you have enough clearance between the tire and the mower deck. The tires are slightly larger than the "turf saver" tires the tractor came with. If I wanted to run chains now, there would not be enough room for the chains anymore.

Buy these and you will get stuck
Man these things are amazing, this the 2nd set I bought. On the plower tractor it started to push, then it pushed some more then ti just kept pushing and wouldn't stop. it wont do 5 feet but I got a blower for that, that's why I spent the money on these tires. I used these tires to rip up all the weeds I had on the property so the little tractor could cut them up, It worked great. Now I bought a set for my blower to see what they will do, and im sure they will preform superbly I even bought a tire changing machine (rim clamp) .I did tires in a garage for 10 years so I know what im doing but these things are NASTY, they just get stuck, I wouldn't buy nothing else. Yeah there expensive, but buy once and get what you pay for.I will keep you updated. Thanks for reading, Jim in CtUpdate. these are nasty tires, they are strong powerful and don't stop. They laugh at snow and mud. I cant figure out how to write a new review but Ibought 6 more of them, that should say something.

Best tires ever
I have not used this exact set but I have several others and these are the best tires you can buy for a garden tractor. Anyone who tells you otherwise is smoking something they shouldn't.
