Item did not work very well. Battery went dead quickly. Not a good option for what I needed. Customer service help was awful. Item very expensive also.

1) The camera persisted in producing images with a magenta cast (see sample photo) 2) The camera lens had such a wide angle that the images were of little or no use (example: a full sized deer no more than 50 feet away looked like a small dog) ; 3) The fully charged battery would run down within a few days despite being in the sun; 4) The support service I received was poor. I attempted at least six times by telephone and chat to get help in solving the problem with the magenta cast to the photos. None of the support representatives provided helpful solutions. Worse, they provided inconsistent and conflicting ideas as to the cause of the problem and potential resolutions. Two representatives had me update the firmware. Neither update solved the issue. One told me that the reason the update had not worked was that I had used a SanDisk SD card larger than 32GB. Another told me that the problem with the images having a magenta coloration was that the lens must have been pointed at the sun (it was not.) All of the support representatives had limited command of English, had heavy accents and were difficult to understand. I finally told a support rep I wanted a refund. She offered a replacement, but said a refund was not possible since I had received the unit more than 30 days ago (Despite the fact the issue had been reported to Vosker well within the 30 day time frame and support had been unable to help solve it.) Fortunately, I had purchased the unit through Amazon Prime (from the Vosker store on Amazon); I returned the item to Amazon for what is to be a full refund.

I bought 4 cameras, one works well, another the image turns reddish, the other two I returned because they didn't connect live even though I subscribed to the elite plan.

The media could not be loaded. I recently bought the V300 Vosker camera, and I have to say it's been a fantastic addition to our security setup. We were having issues with cars being stolen in our parking area, and we needed a solution that didn't require internet or wireless connectivity. This camera was the perfect fit!Setting it up was a breeze, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Once everything was in place, the camera worked seamlessly. It takes excellent quality photos, and it even has a 10-second video feature. Just a quick tip - to access the videos, you need to download the HD photos first. It took me a moment to figure that out, but once I did, everything was smooth.I highly recommend this camera to anyone seeking a reliable and user-friendly security solution that doesn't rely on internet access. It's not only made a difference for us, but it has also helped our community feel safer.P.S. One thing to note is that the camera doesn't come with a free photo and video transmission plan. I initially thought it did and kind of wished they offered a free option. However, after evaluating the plans available, I found the pricing to be quite fair. Just a little heads-up so you know what to expect!

I bought a Vosker 300 to monitor some remote property. It basically never worked. After charging the battery for 24 hours, the battery status light turned "green". Upon inserting the battery and following the app instructions, the app reported a strong cell connection, but warned that the "battery is very low."No images were ever taken, and this piece of equipment is now a $200+ doorstop. Since I'm 2 days outside of the return window, I suppose it's my own fault.I highly recommend against purchasing this product.

Easy assembly with only a few parts. The battery absolutely has to charge for 24-hours prior to installation - not negotiable. The app is basic and offers any user great ease with navigation.

Many similar devices you see require wifi and wiring, the Vosker camrea is standalone, which makes it a nice option for watching an area temporarily, or that isn't really near a house or hub. Activation and use was really easy and straightforward.It does what it says it will do, and provides a good option for tough to monitor areas. Absolutely unusable, a waste of over $400 ! I did not pay attention to the poor the reviews, when I originally purchased. I have it pointed towards the sun and have charged battery with charger multiple times, The directions are poor. ARLO cameras and system works great!
