Super Cute!
I did return it. 30 years later and these are way too small for me to see the screen.

Cute and Nostalgic
It's cute and definitely scratches the nostalgia itch. Ultimately there are 10 different Grogu that you can get while playing with this, depending on how you take care of him. The instructions they send are pretty thorough. I was surprised by the limited ways of interacting with Grogu though. You can feed him, and play two games with him (there are some unlockable games as well depending on which evolution you get) but you don't have to do the old things you used to with other Tamagotchis. There's no shower/bath or cleaning up after his 'messes'. The screen is also fairly small, barely over half an inch wide (maybe a full inch diagonally).

It is very fun
The grogu tamogatchi doesn’t have as much features as I was hoping for but it is still good! I liked that every once in awhile a person will come over such as Asoka but not all of them are good, including the Jawas the dark stormtrooper guys (I forgot what their called) and moth Gideon. I did unlock the 2 secret types and they weren’t as cool as a thought- one is grogu useing the force and the other is him in the floating crib thing but it is still very cool and good quality very durable to. It is easy to use and very fun kinda small though and screen wasn’t that bright but overall it is fun and I would recommend!

I didn't get a picture but I bought for my husband who's a star wars fan he was happy with it, it is very small compared to original tomagotchi but it's baby yoda 😊

Great gift for kids or for your collection
Gave this to my niece who has a small collection of Tamagotchi. She loved it. I also have one for my collection.
