It dosen't work
I bought this hoping I could use it to support a side mounted scope rail. except that the two side mount rails I have cant actually attached to this. I haven't been able to find a side mount scope rail that can fit it. Even the rail that is suggested, is one that I own and it doesn't attach.

NO wrench, No nuts, No bolts. What am I supposed to do "wish" it on?
The part came and it looks just like the picture. Except MINUS the wrench and nuts and bolts to assemble the piece....Had to run to hardware store....NOT HAPPY.

Do not buy
Poor casting, uneven and rough. Rusty. Dimensions are not correct.

Price is good, but you have to shim Russian style optics to eliminate a significant wobble.
