ROBOTIME 3D Laser Cut Wooden Puzzle Music Box Kit DIY Robot Toy RoboBunny Craft Kit

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this puzzle as a birthday gift for my adult (28) daughter who loves puzzles. I have extreme difficulty with anything spatial or dimensional, so it was difficult to decide what to buy. I finally settled on this bunny because it was cute and didn't have thousands of pieces that would take up too much floor or table space while assembling. It also wasn't too expensive so in case she didn't like it, or it was defective, I wouldn't be out of a lot of money. While the description in the details if this piece mentions that batteries are required, this is not the case for this particular bunny. It has a music box and moving gears, but it is "old school" --you wind it up by hand with a key. She was very happy to get this and did not wait to take it home to ensemble it, but opened it right away. It took somewhere under 3 hours to complete. I asked for her feedback and she said it "took so long" (!) because there are places that require glue that the instructions don't mention. Other than that, she said the instructions were clear and very easy to follow. Another thing that slowed her progress was having to slightly enlarge some of the holes for the dowels. (Since the kit contains sandpaper, maybe try sanding down the dowels instead? ) She didn't break anything but the kit does have extras of the more fragile pieces. She did use tweezers (mine, not part of the kit) to pick up and place the more fiddly bits. The glue does need a few hours to completely dry, but we were able to test it right after assembly (see video). One other thing to note... I ordered a Robotime puzzle. The box I got said "ROKR". However, on the back of the box, it does say that Robotime is the designer. I do recommend this puzzle for beginners as well as children who don't put things in their mouths and who have a bit of mechanical ability. While the bunny has held together so far, it really is more of a display item because of it's fragile nature. It would not be good for children who want a real toy they can actually play with often. This also would not be a challenging puzzle for more advanced or even intermediate puzzle solvers, but like my daughter, "experts" may enjoy taking a fun, relaxing hour or two out of an otherwise busy day. You could also choose to paint or stain your bunny to add more to this activity. I intend to buy more complex puzzles in the future now that I have a better idea of what to choose.

Mostly things fit pretty impressively. A few of the slots were rounded and were difficult to get squared corners to fit into. One of the disks and a few of the wood beads had holes that were clearly too small. The upper legs had lots of really tiny pieces to fit together, yet generally they don't show unless you turn it upside down and really look. The tube of glue was filled with chunky clue with liquid separated out. Didn't spread smoothly.A challenging assemble. Mostly satisfying and sometimes more exacting than easy.

The media could not be loaded.  Just as a preface - I'm 16 and this took ~3-4 hours for me to complete and this is the first time I've used a wood kit like this. I've done similar kits with paper and metal but never wood. For someone younger or who have never used a kit like this it will probably be a little harder but to be honest the instructions are awesome. They were very complete and easy to understand and follow. I will say that it's hard to tell witch dowle it wants you to use for certain parts and they don't have you glue in several places where it would make it easier to construct if you did use it. Over time it's easy to adapt to. Despite that, the pieces were very well organized and easy to separate from the board. They fit well together almost all the time and the kit comes with sandpaper if you can't get the parts to fit or you crack a piece. I also loved how complete the kit was, I mentioned it came with sandpaper but it also came with tweezers, glue, and a screwdriver! You don't need to buy anything else to complete this kit that isn't included and they can be used for future products (I know I'm storing the screwdriver). The final construction is absolutely beautiful and I absolutely love it.

This is the first 3D wood puzzle I've tried, and I was pleasantly surprised. The build was pretty straight forward and the finished "steam punk bunny" was just adorable. The only criticism I have is the glue was old and difficult to get out of the tube. I used my own extra strength craft glue which fit the bill.

I bought four different puzzles for my 3 grandkids and myself. The instructions were difficult to follow, but my 9, 10 and 13 year old grandchildren loved putting it together. The box says it's for ages 14 plus and the 9 and 10 year old did need some help on theirs, but I was amazed how much they could do on their own. I plan on buying more for them because they enjoyed building them. I did have to use glue in several places to make sure the bunny was strong enough.

My 18 year old daughter loves building things. She's bought the Metalworks small items before, so I thought she might like this. She loved it! It came in a nice box, which made gift-giving easy. She was able to put it together easily, but enjoyed it enough that she said she wants more. It is very cute, nice size, and a great price. The music box portion was a nice plus!I would definitely recommend this to those that enjoy building small items, as it has a very nice appearance when done, and was a good price as well. I will be adding more of these to my wish list for my daughter!

The prices were quite fair and pieces were quite sturdy enough to fit together without break them. I loved it. The only thing I didn’t like about this product is glue. I need to apply quite amount of glue in order to attach certain parts.

立体パズル未経験ですが、4時間ほどで完成。取説が英語しかないですが、絵だけでなんとか完成まで漕ぎ着けました。接着剤は、ここ多分必要だろう！というところに着けたほうが良さげです。思った以上に細かいパーツがあるので、折れないように気をつけて下さい。細かい部品(小さなネジなど)は取説記載の数より多い場合がありました。部品も一部余りましたが、たぶん失くしたとき用の予備なのかな？作るのはものすごく楽しかったです！モチベ保つために友人とそれぞれ1個ずつ購入して一緒に作りました。一人だと途中で飽きてしまう方は是非友人や家族と一緒に作ってみて下さい。達成感を分かち合えるのでおすすめですよ。

とても可愛いです！パーツが細かいものもたくさんあるので完成させるのに少し時間かかりましたがとても満足しました(^^)

そんなに複雑でもなく楽しく作成できました。また違う種類を作りたくなりました。

小５の子供のプレゼント用として。開封後の反応はとてもよい！早速制作開始・・・、するも、部品が全体に細かく、木製なので変に力をいれると折ってしまいそうで、一緒に作りました。それなりに時間はかかりましたが、仕上がりはよく、満足度は高いです！
