Driftwood
I purchased driftwood for those looking for that color in particular. Sorry I didn’t take a photo of driftwood before I started scuffing but you can still see what the color would look like. The chalk paint is thick and went on well for me. I used a roller instead of a brush. I started scuffing with a wet paper towel. Sponge would work also and would be a better option. I found that chalk paint makes scuffing easy. Depending on the driftwood look you’re going for, this is the perfect base color for it. My table was black so all I did was sand, chalk paint, scuffed and used a black paint I had laying around the house, then I added the closest stain I could find to aged oak. For the driftwood look, you want country chic’s driftwood paint, a brown and a gray at minimum. I’m debating adding white to the other picture uploaded. It’s dark now so I don’t have proper lighting to decide yet. Highly recommend this product! I want more colors now. Looking at what I may work on next lol.

Opulence is the best purple chalk paint
I searched high and low for a purple chalk paint that would satisfy the type of color I wanted, and Opulence was the best option I found. I used CountryChic's Secret Garden before, so I knew what I was in for with Opulence. The paint is good, and thick, and easily applies especially if your brush is a bit wet. My only complaint with Opulence is that the color it is when it is wet is GORGEOUS - deep purple with a pinky hue. The color when it dries is not exactly what I wanted (and here it is darkened with a Satin topcoat - when it was bare it was honestly a little ugly - deep purple but with the grayish chalky appearance - third photo shows no topcoat) I really wish it had stayed the beautiful saturated purple/magenta-like color it was when wet, but when comparing it to the other purple options out there, it is still the best one. The 16oz was enough to cover my piece, with a little left to hopefully finish an inner shelf, but for $30 I honestly wish we were given more. Overall, I'm glad I went with Opulence and figured I'd post these pics and review since seemingly no one on here had purchased the purple. I guess I am little outside of the box 🤷♀️

Ease of use.
I've become totally obsessed with this product in about every color that is available. I have some inside flower pots some plastic, metal, and clay. Over the years that I've used them they were looking tired but still physically in good shape they needed a face-lift. So I purchased the chalk you don't have to be a painter to have your item chalked and look great. I've found that using various sizes of the sponge brushes covers better than a brush and since I'm right now concentrating on flower pots I use painter's tape on the rim of the pots. You cannot use this on outside items only inside. I'm already looking at other pieces of furniture in my home office to "chalk." Anyone can do this. Easy water cleanup. TRY IT.

Love it
I got this chalk paint, barely pink yesterday. I couldn't wait to try it on an old stand that was my grandfather's. Required no sanding went on easily. I used a brush for part of it and a small roller for the rest. The roller made it even easier. I did need to thin the paint with water and spritzed my stand to keep it a little dampish, which helps. Color is what I was hoping for and is a pretty pale pink. It's a little pricey but of I needed this type of paint again I would purchase. No problem with the seller either got my product when promised.

Love the color!
I love the color and the paint was very easy to use! I found this little lamp table for $7 at a thrift shop (excuse the floor we are putting in tile) and decided to try this chalk paint. I love the color and "chalky" look but I found out you can't have anything that "sweats" or it will stain similar to a water damage, I repainted the area and so far so good! Great product but I'm thinking of adding a seal for protection.
