Delicious
Very tasty. My wife (who is very aware of healthy ingredients/nutrition) didn't kick off with me when she read the packet...so it must be alright. I don't read that sort of thing, I should really. Great for the winter - summer, I haven't tried, but I wonder if you could overnight it in the fridge?!

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
It’s a it’s a great breakfast. I add frozen fruits and it tastes fabulous. I prefer the berry to the cinnamon. But think they are both great breakfasts. And keep you full till lunch

Nutritionally dense, keeps you full.. But why milk?
We've used this brand before so tend to trust that the taste and quality will be good. They're usually full of protein too so will keep you full for longer. I've never tried their muesli before, and it is nice, but it's definitely "healthy tasting" - the apple and cinnamon one, anyway.Pros:• Easy to get a filling and warm breakfast ready• Nutritionally and protein dense• Nice flavour• Don't need a lotCons:• Contains milk powder• Contains added e-number (e150: caramel)Me and my partner have both been eating this over the month and we both like it mostly. He absolutely loves it, whereas I think it tastes a little bit earthy and very... Healthy. But, this is the aim of the product. As it has quinoa in, you basically add milk, and microwave it for about a minute and a half and then let it sit so the quinoa cooks and softens. Or you could do it on the hob if you have time.It has an underlying cinnamon taste which is sweetened by raisins and oats. It's got loads of healthy grains and seeds in the mix, and generally the overall composition is really a perfect start to the day.If you're like me and tend to eat "healthy" granola with berries so are used to a sweeter breakfast, you could always mix things in with this to sweeten it up, however the idea is that you wean yourself off these sugary cereals and eat healthier - you'll thank yourself in the long run and will crave sugar less. Or, you could go for the berry flavour instead.I have found you don't need a lot at all to fill you up, so even though the price may seem a bit dear, it will last you.Although, for the price, I would definitely have been happier if this didn't contain dairy. It's an allergen that really didn't need to be added to this, and I can't help but feel like a lot of brands do this so they can charge more for a vegan product. Also, it contains E150 (caramel) which probably could have been avoided. So overall, if you're looking for a healthy, filling breakfast that will give you good fuel to start your day and help curb your appetite, this is a really good choice. Yes, you pay for the versatility and quality of the ingredients, but you'll need less volume because of this. However, I can't give full marks based primarily on the unnecessary added ingredients. In summary...~~~~~~~A healthy, nutrition-packed product that keeps you full, will last a while, but it isn't vegan and the apple and cinnamon flavour isn't very sweet for those used to sugar.

Bland and bad
It was okay by I was still hungry afterwards, it had little to no flavour. I wouldn't recommend it, use the power shakes they actually fill you up. That's what the brand is made for: shakes.

Tastes amazing - healthy and easy to make
This flavour is the bestHonestly so addictive- I like to add frozen fruit to it just to make it more filling.Comes with scoop and full instructions on the back, resealable and easy to store.Only downside is every time you open it and go to scoop you lose oats - not sure how to fix that .Definitely recommend

Not for us
My wife encourages healthy eating in our home, a practice which I reluctantly follow when I am in her company. I identified this item as a product that might make her smile and which could convince her that I am willingly changing my ways.I ordered the Apple and cinnamon option and this morning after mixing a scoop of superfood with 150ml of milk I cooked it and left it to stand for the requisite five minutes. The scent arising from the bowl was vaguely of cinnamon and it was with eager anticipation that I scooped up the first spoonful and popped it into my mouth. It was there than the anticipation encountered reality. It tasted really bland, I couldn’t detect any of the promised fruit and to be honest, I am not sure whether I will eat any of the remaining 9 portions. My wife joined me and I encouraged her to take a clean spoon to the remainder. Same reaction, she didn’t like it either. 2 spoonfuls gone and with about 6 remaining, even my wife said “pop it in the bin”.Now it may be us who didn’t like this dish, but to be absolutely honest, this product ranks along with some of the worst breakfasts I have tasted. I have given the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt as we don’t all appreciate the same thing but I won’t be eating any more and my wife, who eats unsweetened porridge about 4 days a week won’t be either.Bland, unpleasant taste and texture and quite expensive for what it is. I accept that food products are not universally popular, hence three stars, however, I cannot recommend this product.
