I originally bought these tablets to help with the night-time cramps I would experience from time to time. They do seem to be reducing the number of cramps I experience however, I have noticed that when I take two tablets together, I feel anxious with an increased heart rate. This doesn't happen if I only take one so I'll continue to do that. I've been increasing my exercise level recently and I don't feel as fatigued as usual - I'm wondering if these tablets have something to do with it. I will continue and finish the bottle and re-assess.

Sorry for lighting! I NEED electrolyse. I regularly get heart palpitations... So, electrolytes seriously help me. And it does help.Unlike other tablets that contain like 20mg magnesium, 100mg potassium, these contain 100s, and 400p. Hence you take 2.They're cheap and definitely work! Seriously recommend.

Good value size and price compared to some I've seen on here. You have to take two a day with a full glass of water. They are not that big compared to an average paracetamol tablet but swallow quickly to avoid the salty taste. To early to tell if they are helping me as I've only just started taking them. Apparently these are a must for anyone starting a low carb or strict keto diet. I'm hoping they will help with my energy levels and avoid some of the side affects of a low carb diet. I will update after this after a month.

Amazing product. In few days solved my issue with weird symptoms. I have heart issues and I sweat a lot. Clearly sweating more electrolytes than I thought. Now I take 2 tabs every day and everything disappeared

I work outdoors a lot with limited access to toilets, and having to limit my fluid intake, these tablets have been a game changer. I no longer get crampy and energy levels seem lifted. I have never written a review but these come highly recommended

I purchased these for cramps in the feet and the cramps have stopped within 24hrs. I previously bought a more expensive electrolyte tablet, they worked too. I prefer this product and is much cheaper. Hope this helps
