Excellent series with really odd release schedule
Lots of people have complained about the price of this season -- this is 36 separate 11-minute stories... effectively 18 typical (22-minute) U.S. television episodes. Pretty affordable compared to some other shows. Personally, I really like the half-episode format. These are short and sweet, well animated, pleasant little nibbles for young viewers. That said, the elephant in the room has nothing to do with Amazon or the show itself -- but that the release schedule is just baffling. You can check the episode list on Wikipedia; while many of these episodes have already been been released -- and together even; in the U.S., these are being released one segment at a time at seemingly random intervals... sometimes one a week... sometimes taking a two to three week hiatus...If all episodes were released and I was just recommending the series as a whole, it would be no question -- well worth it and satisfying to binge. There is some cartoon violence, but underplayed. The banter is fun. The style is colorful. The stories are short (which makes this a fantastic carrot for the "One episode before X" negotiation with smaller viewers). It looks like when the whole run is complete, this series will have explored a broad set of different DC universe characters -- the current saturation of stories with Batman and JLDark are probably just a side-effect of our current position in the series' staccato release schedule.

I am happy that there is another DC cartoon featuring a lineup ...
I am happy that there is another DC cartoon featuring a lineup of their top heroes. Its not as good as the Justice League/Justice League Unlimited that aired in the mid-2000's, lacking the depth of story and character. But that is the difference between a half hour episodic series that often required 2 or more episodes to tell a story, and a 15 minute episode adventure of the week type series. There simply isn't enough time.Still the series is good at providing a energetic episodes with fun plots and adventures, defined characters (even if they are a little on the simple side), and an opportunity to see some of DC not as well known heroes such as Swamp Thing, Firestorm, Star Girl, and Blue Beetle. One point that does disappoint me is that of all of the reacquiring characters, it is Batman that appears the most often. And that's mostly because I feel that we are in a Batman over-saturated time period. Now I don't hate Batman, but when you have a potential cast of 15+ characters, and only three appear on average per episode, and one of them is almost always Batman, it feels like a denied opportunity for those lesser known characters to gain prominence. Off the top of my head I can only think of 3 episodes out of the 30 that have aired, that don't have Batman.

then you will really like this spin off
If you are a fan of Batman the Brave and the Bold, and the Justice League animated tv series, then you will really like this spin off. Great voice acting, animation, writing, and incorporation of diverse Justice League characters. Since it is a kid's cartoon, I expected some silliness and goofy scenarios, but for me that didn't detract from the overall quality of the episode. Personally, I felt this show did a great job exploring the heroes and main characters, I just wish they would have done more with Batman and strengthened the villains a bit. I would say this season has mostly decent episodes with a few that really stood out. I'm looking forward to more episodes and hopefully more seasons to come!....please, please, please do another Joker episode with Mark Hamill!! :)

Justice League Successor
While this show is written skewing to a younger audience than the classic JL/JLU series, this one is fun. It gives light hearted adventures, short snippetsAlso fun is the nod to classic DC with inclusion of lesser known characters, like Plastic Man, Booster Gold, Space Cabby, and such (a wonderful nod to old time fanboys like me)There are a few surprisingly deep episodes too (JLtest robots for Darkseid...sorry, spoilers) where the duplicates sacrifice themselves to protect the JL from Darkseid's troops being trained to fight them!Fun, light (mostly) entertainment

Awesome cartoon show!
Shane Glines designs are amazing and look great in this show. Lots of action and a surprising amount of humour thanks to characters like Booster Gold, Mister Miracle and Plastic Man. This volume also has some appearances by Hal Jordan, my favourite Green Lantern, so that's a plus. Check it out, it's fun!

Alright
I love the DC universe. I did have to take a star off this rating. You see I was expecting half hour episodes and possibly a story arc; however these are only 10 minute long short episodes with no story arc. It is cute and fun but I like longer stories.
