Can the battery be replaced ?

The permanent internal battery is recharged by the USB charging cable only. You will not need to replace it. Just in case there is no electricity however, a good investment is to purchase a portable solar charger that is reasonably priced for USB cable to be plugged for this light, your phone, or other tech items that use the USB.

Will this attach to a kindle?

Yes it will. I have attached to my iPad. The clip has soft pads on the clip to help hold in place.

Light plugged in but not turning on. Fix? Purchased a few mths ago...

1. make sure your usb-c cable is good. either try a known good cable, or plug your cable into another device to see if cable is good. 2. my light worked right out of the box, but only for a few hours. after a few months, your light may have discharged and will need a longer time to fully charge. 3. click the switch a few times, it should cycle from off to bright white to cool blue-ish to warm orange-ish. 4. if you're positive it's charged and it still doesn't work, you might not be able to return it after a few months. sorry, my light is great and i've had no problems.
