The Edge

I love to read, and for a while I’ve not found a book I get stuck into and find it hard to put down.This book is wonderful, the characters are captivating and interesting, the plot has twists and turns along the way and little flashes that make your mind explode.A thoroughly enjoyable read and I’m certainly glad I purchased this book. I cannot wait to see what Lucy comes up with next, hopefully it won’t be too long a wait though!

Hopefully without making anyone uncomfortable, I've broken off part way through to salute the author for originality. This novel tells its story in a different way, ensuring that issues of life, death & uncertainty are explored honestly, & not trivialised. Refreshing, in that way. I'm back to reading! PS. Criticisms about 'tense' & 'obvious' are own-goals: the story is narrated, & what may be obvious (or mistaken) to us can only unfold, if you're living through it.

Good holiday read. Good story lines and fast paced narrative but a bit obvious from the start of the novel.

A must read,kept the reader on edge,well written and plot develops nicely throughout the book.A real page Turner couldn't put the book down read it in one day.Will look out for more books by this author.

One of the best thrillers I've ever read. I can't believe this is a DEBUT!!! So many genuinely surprising and gratifying twists.

I raced through this. Kept me guessing the whole way through, and I still didn’t guess the ending 👌🏼

Absolutely loved this book. It will stay with me for a long time. Great characters, brilliant plot. Looking forward to reading more from this author (but in future I'll start reading first thing in the morning!!!)
