I like it very much except for the stand that it came with. Now I use a microphone boom arm.
The microscope, camera, and screen work very well. But I don't like the stand. It does not go as high as I would like, and every time I need to reposition it I have to loosen and tighten some screws. So I bought an Elgato Wave Mic Arm Premium: https://www.amazon.com/Elgato-Wave-Mic-Arm-Broadcasting/dp/B09737ZXMK At first I thought I would need to make an adapter to use the wave mic arm with the microscope. But it just so happens that the Elgato arm uses the same screw thread as the microscope mount! (see photo). With the above mentioned modification it is much easier to position the scope wherever I want. It saves a lot of time and greatly extends the vertical range.

Andonstar AD407 Pro Digital Microscope
Andonstar AD407 Pro Digital Microscope Wow—words can’t fully describe this product! This digital microscope is absolutely amazing. I use it every day for my DIY projects, and it never disappoints. The screen is clear with excellent visibility, and the microscope feels premium and sturdy, made of metal and built to last. It’s spacious enough to handle most of your needs, and the zoom quality is impressive. All of this at a very affordable price. Highly recommended for hobbyists, students, or anyone who loves exploring the microscopic world!

You are getting what you pay for.
The price on this machine is fantastic so you cannot expect lab quality results. It does exactly what it says, so be sure the magnification is sufficient for what you need. This is not at all a replacement for a lab quality microscope, but I could see it being very beneficial for educational purposes because of the camera and screen. Overall a great value for the price and it is definitely more portable than a lab scope.

Essential Equipment !
One of the benefits of modernity is that occasionally people get the opportunity to afford powerful tools, and this is one of those tools. I bought mine for the occasional PCB inspection and repair, but am sure the possibilities are limitless. I did get the macro lens that others have suggested and 'am glad that I did. The unit comes in a nice and very reusable box. For now I left my AD407 fully assembled, sitting in my garage bench and ready for action, with it's own plastic bag doubling as a dust cover.

Space saving alternative to a stereo microscope with a good working distance.
This scope replaced a vintage optical stereo microscope. While it's not stereo, I've found it to be adequate for soldering surface mount components and the working distance is much better. Illumination is good and adjustable. Picture quality is very sharp. I did buy a cheap wide angle lens for this scope, but found that it degrades picture quality, so I only use it if I really need the width.

Not a camera … barely even a microscope. Mediocre at everything
lol. This … is… wow. Where do I even start. So .. I have been around the block. Elikliv, Tomlov… pretty small niche block. But these three dogs are all on the block and lemme tell ya… this ain’t no king of the block. This is the grumpy snarky chihuahua that is overpriced and obnoxious trash. $260 for this thing is HILLARIOUS. Honestly just a complete standup circus… wow. Lens is horrible .. display is an absolute joke. Like looking through window of easy bake oven .. trying to see if brownies are done you just put in. They are not done. It’s a light bulb. Anyways … if you’re doing the whole Amazon niche circle cycle of “which company is best” … or if ChatGPT told you for some ungodly reason “Adonstar has the best lens” lol .. just please save yourself some time and quiet down all that noise. I’ll save you so much time money and effort if you’re trying to use these for photography whatsoever .. just stop. Tomlov if you do soldering, repairing, etc … If photography… just lol… stop kidding yourself

Great digital microscope
Great little digital microscope. I've owned it for about 1.5 years and it's held up very well despite frequent use. The one improvement I recommend is adding a wide angle lens. The new lens helped with the field of view restrictions at the cost of a bit of zoom but it's well worth the addition.

Gran microscopio con salida dual HDMI
Construcción robusta y duradera. La calidad del microscopios es especatular para soldadura SMD, además de que pocos microscopios permiten conectar el HDMI y tener la pantalla activa al mismo tiempo

Good image quality
The image quality is probably as good as it gets for the price range. The screen is also decent, I do not feel the need to connect to a larger monitor. Definitely would recommend the pro stand for stability. Though not as good as stereo optical microscopes (for depth perception), this definitely does the job at the price range.

Great digital microscope for soldering and electronics work
The Andonstar AD407 Pro is a great digital microscope for soldering, PCB work, and small electronics repairs. The 7 inch screen is clear and makes it much easier to see small components without straining your eyes. The image quality is sharp, and the HDMI output is a nice bonus if you want to use a bigger monitor. It feels well made and is very useful on the workbench, especially for soldering tiny parts, checking joints, and inspecting boards. The adjustable stand and lighting make it much easier to get a good view while working. Very happy with it overall. A handy tool if you do electronics, repairs, or detailed hobby work.
