bought this kettle specifically for travel, and it’s been perfect for making coffee in hotel rooms, especially paired with an Aeropress. At 300 watts, it takes just over 6 minutes to reach boiling. While slower than full-sized kettles, it’s efficient enough and works reliably.The insulation is good and holds heat well. The variable temperature setting is a big plus. It lets me brew at lower temps for teas or Aeropress recipes that don’t call for boiling water. I checked the temperature with a reliable thermometer and found the kettle’s readout to be accurate.Build quality is solid: stainless steel interior, sturdy plastic exterior. Overall, it’s a compact, capable kettle that does exactly what I need on the road.

I bought this for vacation when traveling in a campervan for two weeks. We used it to heat up water for our tea and camping dinners! It was so much easier than getting out the camper stove and heating up a kettle everytime we needed hot water. Was a great purchase and easy to use :)

Product arrived in a good condition and has worked flawlessly from the box. I have only used this kettle a few times, I mostly plan to use it for traveling to make coffee and tea with instead of relying on hotel coffee pots even to just heat up water, there is always residual flavor and color that comes through whenever I try to use those just to heat up water. With this product I won't have to worry about that any more. And the shape should travel well with my other coffee and tea gadgets and gear.

Life saver when making coffee (French press) or tea in hotel rooms or traveling. Love this. Cons: every plug in and button press beeps, so you're sure to wake everyone up, and it's very very slow to come to a boil. May not even come to a boil, gets close.

Great little water boiler. Relatively quiet and fast to boil. Preset temperatures with temperature gauge as the water boils so you can unplug the boiler when it is at your desired temperature if not one of the preset temperatures. Good for a mobile coffee pourover setup with aeropress. Size is about 1.5 coffee cups worth of water. Highly recommended if looking for a mobile coffee setup!

I bought this for an out of town training where I stayed in a hotel for a week. I was able to heat water and make instant coffee. Also used it for making instant Ramen for quick meals when it won't always be convenient to eat out even though my company will pay for meal expenses. All in all it was money well spent and I will be bringing this with me on my next trip or even vacation.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Heats up so quick! Just be careful not to open the stop until the steam has stopped. So convenient for a quick cup of tea. My kids love to heat up water quick for hot cocoa!

Great product! I use it to heat up water for my tea. I live in an area where we have hurricanes so if the electricity goes out, I’ll be able to use this and plug into my solar generator so I can continue to enjoy my morning tea.
