Talk about easy to use....I am partially paralyzed on my left and can't use my neti pot as I have for the last 30 years. I don't normally go in for devices, but this electric netoi pot is a LIFE SAVER for me. Even with my limitations it's incredibly easy to fill, refill, clean and use on my sinuses. I do recommend easing into it, and check your water temperature before you use it! But it is SO EFFECTIVE I'm looking forward to feeling much better this winter and allergy season in spring too, which I'm very excited about. This morning my sinuses were gucky when I woke up, but I went confidently into the bathroom to use my new electric neti pot AND just as I knew I would, I emerged feeling MUCH BETTER. If you have sinus trouble, I bet you ewould LOVE THIS like I do. It's a godsend!

This device works really well. Much easier than the NeilMed squeeze bottle. It takes just a couple of minutes to do both nostrils and ever since using it, my sinuses have been completely clear. It’s a night and day difference. The battery lasts several weeks. I use the strong setting twice a day. Remember to use distilled water. Highly recommend!

This was easy to use and clean. I liked that you could adjust the pressure and the stream. Plus it is easy to store and not big and bulky like my old one. It flushes your nose very well.

So I have tried the nasal pulse irrigation system and went through three of them in about two years. They made it six months and would die. At such a high price point, I expect more than six months out of a product. Before dying they would all leak quite a bit.I also tried the vacuum style system and loved it but the button broke in three uses. Also not a fan of the pricey salt pods. Enter this. It's sleek and doesn't take up valuable space on my bathroom counter. So far no leaking at all. I wish the strong setting was a little more forceful but it still gets the job done.The price point is fair.All the stars to this great product!

Looks nice. Positive pressure only. Squeezing effect from Neil Med cleans much better. This doesn’t create in agitation so it is basically like an over priced electric Neti pot. It is gimmicky.

The media could not be loaded. I have delt with sinus issues for years and I have become a close friend with the neti pot. I’ve use the ones that look like a genies lamp, and the squeeze bottle ones. This battery operated nasal rinse is awesome. I like the ability to select the pressure I want (even though I usually just use it on strong.) Beat sinus rinse yet!

I found it entirely ineffective. Not any better than a one dollar plastic syringe.Who knows, you may find it useful. Just be aware that they do not allow returns
