Fabulous holistic option to combat muscle tension/stress/anxiety
I’ve been using this for several years since my doctor recommended it instead of anxiety medication. It has been wonderful. I hold a lot of muscle tension when I’m stressed/anxious and I can feel my body loosen within 15-20 minutes of taking this. I also drink teas with Ashwagandha. It’s a fabulous holistic alternative to pharmaceuticals. Try it!!!

Peace in a Pill
Amazing product. I'm not a doctor and can't recommend what I'm about to say for everyone, however, I have a prescription for my anxiety to use as needed and I truly believe I will no longer be reaching for it. I feel a natural sense of calm and peace when I take two of these in the morning before work. Unlike my prescription this doesn't make me physically tired or sluggish - just balanced and chill. I'm still me, but I'm able to handle trying situations without feeling stressed. Definitely recommended trying it! Start with one to see how you feel then go from there.

Works for day and night!
I use this during the day to stay calm and at night to help me sleep. It really works! My husband usually wakes me up between 5 and 20 times a night from his snoring. If I take this before I go to bed, I only get woken up one or twice, and when I do I don't get pissed off so I can easily go back to sleep! It's really a miracle and has made a huge difference in my quality of sleep! During the day, when I'm at work and I take it I can't tell I've actually taken anything. I'm just calm and don't get as stressed out as I normally would without it. I highly recommend stress ease.
