V-Neck Long Cocktail Formal Evening Dress for Women Party

The size said 75% accurate so I thought I'd go up one size. I could not get the bodice of the dress over my chest. The dress is absolutely gorgeous but its for a flat chested person.

It wasn't as I expected it to be. And the measurements were off on the actual dress (in my case).

Dress ran a little small.
