This paint is great for painting clay after it’s dried. It’s thick enough that you only need one coat. It has minimal smell and the colors are bright and stay fresh after drying.

Great quality. Small tubes but a little goes a long way. VERY glossy but very opaque. Dries a little fast so work time is pretty fast. But overall really nice and professional paints and worth the price. Colors are true to the color shown on the outside of the tube as well which is great

I mostly do charcoal drawings but thought I would go back to a medium I had tried long ago - acrylics. -Quality - Even though I'm not a professional or have little recollection of paints from long ago, I can say these acrylics seem to be good quality. - Colors - Vibrant colors but the white seemed a little chalky and required more thinning during the application even though I had primed the canvas. - Work ability - Even though it's heavy body and supposed to allow more time to work with before drying, it did seem to dry out fast. Maybe a paint conditioner may help. - Primary colors - I was a little disappointed in the color combinations since it seemed that I had to buy different packages to get a good variety. - Price - The price was just ok for the size of the tubes. - Recommendation - Would recommend for piddlers like myself. More serious artist already know what to buy. May explore other options if I decide to keep it up and need to reorder.

These paints are a joy to work with! The pigmentation is vibrant, and the heavy body texture is perfect for adding dimension to your work. They blend seamlessly and dry to a beautiful finish. As a professional artist, I appreciate the quality and consistency Liquitex offers. The set is a bit pricey, but the results are worth it.

I usually paint on canvas with thinner paint because it’s easier to work with I bought this paint because it was suppose to be thicker and I needed to paint a blank resin figure. It definitely did the job. It’s the first figure I’ve painted so I don’t have anything else to compare it to but it did take a lot of coats of paint and I found the paint difficult to work with because it’s thick it seems to get tacky very quickly so I struggled to make sure the texture was smooth I didn’t really want brush lines all over the figure. I think the paint was good though I just had to figure out how to work with it for what I needed.

Liquitex acrylic are amongst my fav acrylic paints in the market. I love the buttery nature of them as allow me to create oil-like strokes, marks and looks. They spread well and a tiny amount covers a lot of space. Pigments are great and lightfast. They last a long time, can be used undiluted to create oil-like paintings, or diluted with water or glaze to use for washes and glazes. They mix well among themselves. The colours in this set are very bright, almost fluoro, and a pleasure to work with them. I think this sizing is perfect as some of the colours might not be everyone's cup of tea. Great start taster, perfect to try before purchasing the full size product. I bought this packet during the Boxing Day sale and they were very affordable, but they are on the expensive side.

Great paints, heavy texture with good pigment and flows well. Would definitely purchase it again if I had to. Additionally I was surprised by the quality of the brush provided.
