We have been through a lot of cameras in our household having 5 children and two dogs. We currently have ring for the outside, blink and wyze for inside.. as well as numerous previous cameras we have used. This camera was seriously one of the easiest ones to set up. To get the app you scan a QR code in the instructions, and to link the camera you scan a QR from the app with the camera. The camera quality is astounding! Way better than the two systems we currently have in the house (I may need to switch the rooms since this one was just to watch the dogs while we aren’t home). The app is simple to use as well. You can set up a motion detection area if you do not want the whole area motion sensored; take video records; screen shots; etc. The regular free version has 3 days storage or you can pay for 30 day storage. There is also an option for to insert a storage card on the camera. We’ve been using the camera for a couple weeks now and it is still going great!

It took a little while getting into all the details of this camera. Alot of features ARE HIDDEN! If you want more features than what the app gives, you'll want to get the desktop client app which you can find in the FAQ section. There's a link in there that will take you to download a desktop app and you can do more than the app allows. The motion sensor on this thing allows for really LONG battery life if you set it to only record on motion detection and you of course only place it where there isn't things moving all day long. It's a great drop-in quick deploy in-door security camera, or even an out door if you put in a protective dome. It's power consumption is low enough to be run off solar power if you want. I'm still working on cracking the built in password, but once I get it, I'm sure there will be even more fine tuning tweaks I can play with. Wish the software was butter, but I did see that they are updating it and they are also pushing out firmware updates to the camera, so I hope there's more to come. The quality of the picture is good, with just a little bit of loss on night mode.

I bought one camera and it worked well, connected pretty easy. So I decided to buy another one for a different room. After receiving the camera I began set up of the new camera. Camera had a hard time connecting. After I got the camera connected it was blurry. I reset and tried again but this time it was even harder to connect. Finally I got the camera connected again and still was blurry. I think if you get a good batch of cameras this product is good. If not you will have to return and try again. That is why I give 3 stars and not more.

Awful, awful awful. DON't BUY THIS! Where do I start???* Instruction manual is poorly translated from Chinese.* Installation instructions are not accurate or complete.* Android APP cause photo to restart and makes configuration impossible.* APP only works on iPhone.* 4k Video quality sufficient, but ONLY 10 Frame Per Second.* Video files can't be played on Windows without installing Chinese video player that Anti-Virus warns as Malware.* Video files can't be converted into other useful formats (MP4, AVI, etc.) Thus not usable by Adobe Premiere, etc.I spent a couple of hours on Amazon support, they could not resolve the issues.Then sent multiple messages to the support which pointed me to the Chinese video player.Stay clear!!!!

Honestly, I’m ok with this mini-camera. It’s basic & very easy to set up.The picture quality is ok. Not excellent, but not too crappy. Just ok. The motion detection & night vision aren’t so bad.The inadequate battery life is the major flaw.If the battery life were longer (ie, more than 3 days), this camera system would’ve been perfect.FYI- there is no “zoom” function and the lens doesn’t move, so it’s not possible to look around.

I use this to keep an eye on my leopard gecko in his enclosure. I love that it's run through an app and it send me notifications when the motion sensor goes off so I can see what he doing. The day and night video quality is really well. The sound is alright, but my gecko doesn't really make noise so that's not a concern. My only thing I wish could be better was the motion sensor. Sometimes he gets around and the cloud playback doesn't record. Otherwise, I love this camera, its battery life, and I love that I can open the app whenever to see a live feed of him.

I have lots of animals and live with other people. This camera helps to make sure things that are not supposed to happen dont happen. Great camera, with good picture and battery life. It's very slightly different from the C12 in terms of where the components are on the front of the camera, but the functionality is the same. Great and prompt email support as well. I had no problem connecting my Android phone to the camera and the app. The 3-day online storage for free is just that - if you want to retain the videos and didn't have an SD card to put in the camera, you can simply share/email the video to yourself, or add it to the Album, which downloads it to your phone's album so you have it. Any slight color aberration is common with all cameras of this size. You'd have to step up to a very expensive camera in order to get full true color, but for monitoring/security purposes, it works perfectly. You probably don't care about what color clothing the subject is wearing when you use this camera.

The listing said it included an SD card but it doesn't....Otherwise...great quality, easy setup and works great.

Très simple à configurer sur l'application et facile à utiliser.- Autonomie de batterie qui dure des jours et des jours!- Détection de mouvements efficace- Mise au point de la vision de nuit un peu flou, mais on voit bien quant mêmeLa seule raison pourquoi je ne donne pas 5 étoiles est que le son ne fonctionnait pas sur la première commandée et que sur la 2ème les voix sont audibles dans un rayon de 2 mètres et a beaucoup de bruit parasite. Petite déception de ce coté!
